This is no ordinary dish!

NO sauce from a jar, this gravy will be slow simmered for 4 hours. Traditionally prepared with both italian sausage and beef, ingredients can be *somewhat* adjusted for your personal taste.  It feed 4-6 people so everyone can enjoy it.  

Winning bidder must make arrangements to pick up the dish at the home office at a mutually convenient time.
